This new Dutch Bros retail building was built with one single drive thru line and one walk up servicing station window with covered patio and bench seating. This facility included an ADA compliant all gender restroom with combination lock for patrons and employees use. The entire facility includes a storage rack area, janitor sink, ice machines, stainless steel counter tops for appliances including one walk in cooler with four available reach-in doors and shelving. The Dutch Bro’s drive thru facility’s exterior skin and covered patio has a 24-gauge Pre-Finished Metal Wall panels system with pre-finished metal coping along the top of the roof parapet walls, along with two types of composite cladding. The Harbor Mist brink wainscoting wraps around the entire base of the facility completing the classic Dutch Bros look.
