Construction is complete at Esplanade at Madeira Ranch Lodge in Elk Grove, CA. This vibrant residential neighborhood was designed with the Lodge serving as a central hub for connection, wellness, and community life, and we’re proud to have delivered that vision.

The Lodge clubhouse building includes a great room and lobby seating area with a large see-through fireplace, a restaurant and dining area with an inside/outside bar and covered veranda fireplace, a flex/game room with a large fireplace, a golf simulator room, a fitness and performance studio, a movement center, a spa therapy space, and men’s and women’s shower/locker rooms.

Outside, residents have an 8,398 SF resort-style pool with beach access entries and a 200 SF jacuzzi, surrounded by private cabanas and mounded landscaping, all fed from an enclosed pool equipment room. The grounds also include a dog park, four shaded bocce ball courts, and an artificial turf lawn area. High-end finishes were carried throughout the building and grounds for a true mountain resort feel.
