This ground up project at Rolling Hills Christian Church includes the addition of a large auditorium with over 1400-person capacity on the existing church campus beside the multi-use building. The new auditorium structure features soaring 2-story height window wall in the entry, allowing for ample daylight and views of the surroundings into the large foyer gathering space, advanced lighting and audio-visual systems throughout the auditorium and stage platform, and childcare rooms to the side. A food court extends from the interior lobby space near a café with decorative drop ceilings to the exterior façade towards the main plaza. An additional play area was added between the new and existing buildings for families to use while gathering outdoors. Along the east parking entrance plaza, the inclusion of a car drop off area helps ease the traffic flow between the building and the parking areas.
